JAE BAR JESSICAT – 2004 Palomino Mare
This is “Cat” (named after her grandsire, Jae Bar Cat – not High Brow Cat!) Pictured here in 2021 with her daughter Jae Bar Julep.
Jacki rode this mare a lot when she was young. She is super cowy and won money in team sorting. She also did some ranch work/cattle drives, and trail rides with her. Cat was never cold backed or broncy and we had our young son riding Cat when she was just a 3 yr old.
Jim showed her sire Bingos Dually (son of Dual Pep). He was owned by a client. Bingo was incredible! So much heart and raw talent! Due to a jaw injury, he got a late start cutting, but boy did he shine when he got there!! In less than 3 years he earned over $26,000! Sadly, a knee injury then ended his career for good.
Cat is also Foundation Quarter horse registered and has points earned.
