If she rides like we think she will, Jandaya will be cool!! She is out of Jacki’s favorite mare, Jae Bar Lil Jezabel, who she showed in cutting for many years.
We knew Jandaya’s sire, Chex The North Star, when he was here in Nebraska. He was a NCHA money earning and producing (and World qualifier) son of Gray’s Starlight. We bought frozen semen from him, and this is the last foal we will be getting.
5 panel test shows she does carry 1 gene for Herda (from the sire). The rest is clean.

Grandsire: Grays Starlight. Grays Starlight, By Peppy San Badger and out of Doc’s Starlight, was born in 1984. He was an exemplary performer, earning over $35,000 in National Cutting Horse Association earnings. But as a breeding stallion, he was even more exceptional.
Grays Starlight has sired many outstanding offspring, including the 2003 Snaffle Bit Futurity Open Bridle Champion, Starlight Playmate. He has surpassed the Million Dollar Sire Mark in both Reining and Cutting, with total offspring earnings over $10 Million. Although this great stallion has been deceased since October of 2002, his memory lives on in his exceptional offspring.
