Not only is JD incredibly powerful and athletic, but he has a wonderful personality as well. We take him all kinds of places. He has been used a lot for cattle drives and trail rides. He has been to a country music concert, the nursing home, church (for a live nativity) and school (for a presentation). Our son has been riding him since our son was 5 years old. We also give lessons on him.
In the last several years, J.D. has started to make a name for himself as a producer of roping horses. There are several of his foals now that are doing really well, and making money in the roping pen. He’s also got a few foals running barrels, and of course, his foals make awesome cow, and team sorting/penning horses too!
